SEO has 2 components:

1. Researching keyword phrases that should be targeted on your website, and
2.  Optimizing your website with these keyword phrases.

Recommended Search Engine Optimization Services

Initial Meeting (1 hour) - Together, we will:

• Develop a list of up to 20 targeted keyword phrases that your target market would search to find a website like yours.
• You will be required to provide us with the website addresses of your main competitors.
• If someone else created your website, we will analyze the back end of your website for search engine accessibility. We will advise you of any coding problems that could be preventing your site to be indexed well in the search engines. For example, some JavaScript navigations are not accessible to search engines, which means that the search engines can’t get to every page in your site. Alternatively, sloppy code or missing metatags could also count against you. If back end changes are required, additional fees will apply.

Searching Research (2 hours) – FUN 4 Business will:

• Perform test searches for 20 of your targeted keyword phrases and analyze your chances of coming up with a high search engine ranking for each phrase.
• Review your competitors’ search engine rankings for each keyword phrases; Review your competitors’ websites (content and metatags).
• Come up with supplementary or alternative keyword phrases for you to use on your website.

Metatag Creation – Based on our searching results, FUN 4 Business will:

• Write keyword-enriched, universal metatags for your website.
• Write unique metatags for up to 10 of your web pages. The best way to the top of the search engines is by having well-written, unique metatags on every page of your website.
• Provide you with a strategic metatag formula so that you can continue optimizing each of your web pages with unique metatags on your own.

Optimizing your Web Pages - FUN 4 Business will provide you with:

• 5 completely optimized web pages,
• Our content optimization formula so that you can apply it to the rest of your web pages, and
• Recommendations about building your website strategically to increase your search engine rankings.

Final Meeting (2 hours) – Together, we will:

• Review our metatags and content creation formulas and recommendations.
• Answer any questions you may have.

SEO is an on-going task. You must be prepared to monitor your search engine rankings and website traffic and make improvements regularly.
